My work seeks to create a poetic pictorial archive, a meticulous record of the simple and the sensitive.
Something about the world as we know it begins to distort, the perception of reality breaks and takes on disturbing nuances.
What is and what is perceived does not seem to coincide. What is really happening? How fragile is reality when there is cognitive dissonance?
A disturbing dreamy universe unfolds under a rebellious palette where the body becomes a vessel, a shell, and the mind observes it from the outside dissociated, trying to resolve the discomfort. In the struggle to escape madness and dystopia, one falls into the labyrinth of reason.
The visceral instinct and all atavistic behavior prevails over the rational. Delirium possesses the body, taking it to another phase, in which, for an instant that is the only plausible truth.
